Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Chose to Disallow Pets, Smokers, Large Families, Etc?


We are required to fully comply with the Fair Housing Act. Which means that you can not choose to disallow anyone that is a member of a protected class under the act. ou can choose to disallow pets and not permit smoking in your home, but you cannot deny a service or emotinal support animal. if you have additoinal questions on the specifics of the Fair Housing Act, or what you can and can not do in regards to it, please give us a call. 




Do you provide me with a report showing activity on my property?


Yes, our monthly reports are available on demand through your owner portal. The reports detail your rental income recieved, and expenses if any are incurred. At the end of the year you will recieve a document which you would give to your accountant or who ever is handling your taxes. If you with to recieve additional reports you may contact our office and we can work on getting you exactly what you need.
